To Live and Die in LA...
A small company that imports and exports art and archeological items to private collectors in the states and around the world.
Originally formed from the private holdings of a Dutch trader this company has been around in one from or the other since the 1600’s. The original Dutch company moved to Providence in the early 1800’s, as Trans-America, and still holds offices there. The LA offices were opened in 2010 and have occupied the same office building since then.
Importing mostly from the South Seas and Northern Africa in it’s early forms now it covers a wide area from Russia to the Sahara to most of Asia and even South America.
Officially the company’s annual income is about 40-50 million a year. Mostly in commissions from the trade and sale of Objects D’Art.
